Student Conduct & Technology Policy Agreement
At Judah Ministries’ PAK Enrichment Camp, our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, structured, and enriching environment where every child can learn, grow, and participate fully in camp activities. All campers are expected to follow the rules and expectations outlined below. Failure to follow these rules may result in disciplinary action, including parent notification, suspension from activities, or removal from camp if necessary.
1. NO PHONES OR PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Phones, smart watches, tablets, gaming devices, or other electronics are strictly prohibited during camp hours.
- Devices must not be brought to camp.
- If a device is brought to camp, it will be confiscated immediately and returned only to a parent or guardian.
- Repeated violations may result in removal from camp.
2. RESPECT FOR STAFF AND PEERS
All campers must treat staff, volunteers, and other students with respect. Bullying, intimidation, disrespectful language, physical aggression, disruptive behavior, and refusal to follow instructions will not be tolerated.
3. PARTICIPATION IN CAMP ACTIVITIES
Campers are expected to actively participate in all scheduled programs and learning experiences including STEM, arts, recreation, educational workshops, and team‑building activities.
4. SAFETY FIRST
- Running inside buildings is not allowed.
- Fighting, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Students must remain with their assigned group and staff at all times.
- Students must follow safety instructions immediately.
5. RESPECT FOR PROPERTY
Students must respect camp property, equipment, and supplies. Campers will be held responsible for intentional damage.
6. APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE
Campers must use respectful language at all times. Profanity, name‑calling, threatening language, and inappropriate comments are prohibited.
7. DRESS CODE
Students must wear clothing appropriate for camp activities. Clothing with offensive language/images, inappropriate attire, or unsafe footwear is not permitted.
8. CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATIONS
Failure to follow camp rules may result in:
- Verbal warning
- Parent notification
- Temporary removal from activity
- Behavioral meeting with parent/guardian
- Suspension or dismissal from camp
