  • Collaborative partnership between housing developers, Black builders, supplies, and crafts people. Demonstrate inclusive economic impact and local workforce engagement. Supports long term housing stability and enables families to be in neighborhoods.
  • Improve safety, livability, energy efficiency, and accessibility.
  • Weatherproofing, insulation, or solar energy upgrades.
  • Partnerships: housing agencies, local contractors, financial institution, and public entities.
  • Blacks: Ensure economic inclusion and local job creation
  • Letters of support.
  • Clear plan for measurable milestones, outcome reporting, and collaboration projects.

VOLUNTEER

Our mission is to bring volunteers and communities together to improve the homes and lives of homeowners in need. We will need 400 volunteers to successfully complete repairs on 15+ homes each year.

To support the completion of critical home repairs for homeowners in need Indianapolis, each year we will need $325,000 in cash and in-kind donations. Even the smallest donation can help us reach this goal!
