Program Purpose
The Pride Ignite Training Program prepares youth and young adults for workforce success, leadership development, and career readiness. Participants are expected to demonstrate discipline, responsibility, and professionalism at all times. The following rules are strict expectations required for participation in the program.
1. STRICT NO PHONE POLICY
Cell phones, smart watches, tablets, headphones, gaming devices, or any personal electronic devices are strictly prohibited during program sessions unless explicitly approved by program staff for instructional purposes.
- Phones must be turned off and stored away before entering the training environment.
- If a phone is seen, heard, or used during training, it will be confiscated immediately.
- Confiscated devices will only be returned to a parent or guardian.
- Repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the program.
2. PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
Participants must behave in a manner consistent with workplace expectations.
The following behaviors are not permitted:
- Disrespect toward instructors, staff, or peers
- Bullying, intimidation, or harassment
- Disruptive or defiant behavior
- Physical aggression or threatening actions
- Refusal to follow directions or program guidelines
3. FULL PARTICIPATION REQUIRED
Participants are expected to actively participate in all training activities, workshops, mentoring sessions, and skill-building exercises.
Sleeping, refusing participation, distracting others, or leaving assigned areas without permission is not allowed.
4. ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY
Participants must arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions.
Excessive tardiness, leaving early without permission, or repeated absences may result in disciplinary action or dismissal from the program.
5. RESPECT FOR FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
Participants must respect all facilities, materials, tools, and equipment used in the training program.
Intentional damage, misuse of equipment, or vandalism will result in disciplinary action and possible financial responsibility.
6. APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE
Participants must use respectful and professional language at all times.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Profanity
- Discriminatory remarks
- Threats or intimidation
- Inappropriate jokes or comments
7. DRESS EXPECTATIONS
Participants must dress appropriately for a professional training environment.
Clothing with offensive language, inappropriate graphics, or revealing attire is not allowed.
Closed-toe shoes may be required for certain training activities.
8. CONSEQUENCES FOR POLICY VIOLATIONS
Failure to follow program rules may result in the following disciplinary actions:
Parent/guardian notification
Written behavioral notice
Temporary suspension from training activities
Permanent removal from the Pride Ignite Training Program
Judah Ministries reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts safety, learning, or the integrity of the program.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing below, the participant and parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read and understand the Pride Ignite Training Program rules and expectations and agree to comply with them.
