At Judah Ministries, we offer teen programming that will provide exponential growth opportunities for our teens to become properly prepared for higher learning, corporate world and the next phase of their lives.  Pride Ignite is focused on participants’ career interests, helping to apply for college and employment, workshops on financial literacy, and assistance with scholarship and financial aid research and applications.  Our program supports positive growth, nurtures and empowers self-expression, and brings our youth together for the common good of our society. We are paving the way for future leaders in our community.

Pride Ignite participants are expected to work diligently through a variety of tasks, training and assignments.  Participants are required to complete onboarding items, including an employee application.  If selected as a participant, the remaining onboarding items will be discussed during the employee interview.  Lastly, work schedules and developmental opportunities are available before and after school, during school break periods and on the weekends.
